For Returns and Exchanges, please read "Returns" below for more information. By virtue of my receipt of this invoice and acceptance of the items listed herein, I hereby agree that I will not use the items purchased other than in a manner consistent with their design and intended purpose and I hereby release and hold harmless Seacoast Ebikes LLC and its directors, officers, volunteers, members, employees, and agents, from any and all responsibility, liability, claims, damages, costs, attorney's fees, expenses, and from any and all causes of action either known or unknown, relating to arising out of the use of the purchased items in a manner inconsistent with their design and intended purposes.
We do not ship e-bikes sold online, after purchasing, contact the store to arrange for a pick up or delivery of your bike.
For Riese & Müller e-bikes: based on our dealer agreement, online sales are strictly prohibited. Purchase of a Riese & Muller e-bike can only be completed in our store.
We accept credit cards on our website. If you prefer to process your credit card over the phone, please call us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay with PayPal or finance your purchase with Klarna from our store.
In store, we accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), debit cards, checks, and cash.
Items which display an “Add to Cart” button after choosing a color and size combination are available in stock and available for purchase online at that time, according to our records.
Because our store inventory is always changing, the stock status information is approximate and an item's availability cannot be guaranteed. To verify availability, please call the store at (603) 294-0370, Tue - Fri, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and reference the product title and price.
At this time, Seacoast E-bikes does not ship bikes to consumers from online purchases. All bikes that are purchased online must be picked up in person or otherwise arranged for delivery.
For Riese & Müller e-bikes: in addition to our current no-shipping store policy, our R&M dealer agreement prohibits us from shipping bikes where there is a dealer within 100 miles of the customer. Consumers are allowed to pick bikes up from our store no matter where they are, but we are unable to ship if they are within 100 miles of a dealer.
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us at (603) 294-0370, to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 business days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Please note that some items, including bikes, may require time for assembly. We’ll be in touch as soon as your purchase is ready to go.
Returns for Online Purchases
We understand that buying a bike online without test riding it first is a difficult task. That is why Seacoast E-bikes offers a 30 Day Trial on every electric bike we sell online. We want you to be able to browse and purchase online with confidence. For website purchases, try it at your home for 30 days from pick up or delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for any reason within the 30 Day Trial Ride period.
Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.
Refund Contact Info: Contact us in-store, over the phone or by email for a refund. You can find store hours, address, email and phone number on our store details page.
Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
30 Day Trial - Terms and Conditions
Any bike purchased online from seacoastebikes.com is eligible for this 30-day Trial.
This does not apply to in-store sales, where test rides are provided at no charge with professional assistance from our knowledgeable staff.
You may return your e-bike for any reason during the first 30 days starting from when you picked up or had the e-bike delivered, provided it has not been subjected to owner abuse, damage from accidents or off-road tests. The e-bike needs to be in NEW or UN-USED condition. We reserve the right to apply stipulations or reject returns if the product is not in sellable condition.
Once we have approved the return, you can return the product to our store, or organize a pick up.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund your product purchase price, less all shipping charges.
Returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee, depending on the condition and circumstances surrounding the return. We reserve the right to offer full refunds, partial refunds, or store credits at our discretion dependent on the condition of the item.
Returns may be shipped back but the customer will be responsible for the shipping and packaging costs.
Returns of special orders (for items that we normally do not stock) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% plus actual freight costs incurred.
Returns for In-Store Purchases

The 30-Day trial policy does not apply to in-store sales.
The following items are non-refundable: Labor Fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, Special Orders, Closeout Items, and Gift Cards.
We will gladly give you a Cash/Credit Card Refund within 14 days of purchase with receipt; a Store Credit Refund within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
In case of cancellation on your part, deposits are refundable, with the exception of special orders. For more information call us at (603) 294-0370, Tue - Fri, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Prices and Information
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
