New E-Bike purchases:
- All E-Bikes purchased from Seacoast Ebikes receive professional assembly and tuning.
- Free accessory installation (at time of purchase).
- Free Break-in Tuneup after 90 days or 300 miles, excluding parts needed.
Seacoast E-Bikes Certified Pre-owned Purchases:
- All Seacoast E-Bikes Certified pre-owned E-Bikes receive complete reconditioning, a professional tune-up, and firmware update (if applicable) before being available for a test ride and purchase.
- Free accessory installation (at time of purchase),
- Full 90-day or 300-mile warranty for component failure.
In-Store Pickup
In-stock items should be ready within one to two business days.
Some items may require additional processing time for assembly.
Returns of special orders: Special-order bikes are non-returnable or exchangeable
Shipping Options
Seacoast E-bikes will only ship e-bikes to bike shops that are authorized dealers for that brand.
We do not ship e-bikes directly to consumers from online purchases.
Some accessories may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS at an additional shipping and packing cost.
Delivery for Cargo E-bikes & E-trikes
Free delivery of front-load cargo e-bikes within 60 miles.
If you live more than 10 miles from our store, we will deliver your Cargo E-bike or E-trike to your door for an additional fee.

Return Policy
Returns (except those specified below) are accepted within 14 days of purchase for full store credit. Ebike's must be returned within 10 miles or less.
In place of a credit, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% based on the item's condition.
Sale items, discounted items, helmets, and special orders are final sales and non-refundable.
Deposits for special orders are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and debit cards.
We offer several financing options. Check out Synchrony.
We also offer a 2.5% discount for payment by check or cash.
For special orders, we ask for a 100% deposit, nonrefundable.
Inventory Status
According to our records, items that display an “Add to Cart” button after choosing a color and size combination are in stock and available online. However, because our store inventory is always changing, the stock status information is approximate, and an item's availability cannot be guaranteed. To verify availability, please text or call the store at (603) 294-0370 and reference the product title, price, and SKU.
Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information.
When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information to perform their duties but may not use it for other purposes.
Prices & Information
We try to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist, regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us.
